Kacey, a proud Deep Creek native, is a loving mother, respected community leader, and dedicated attorney who has built her career and raised her family in the community that shaped her.
As Delegate for Virginia’s 89th House District, Kacey understands the values and challenges facing Chesapeake and Suffolk families. She is committed to lowering the cost of living, strengthening public safety, and investing in high-quality public education.
Deep Creek: A Community Close to Her Heart

Growing up in this close-knit community taught Kacey the importance of support and collaboration. As a dedicated attorney and community leader, she advocates for families in Chesapeake and Suffolk and is actively involved in local organizations.
Kacey leads two Girl Scout troops, serves as the president of the dance moms, and has held various leadership roles in the Ruritan Club, raising funds to support local causes.

In the General Assembly, Kacey is focused on building a family-friendly economy, expanding access to affordable childcare, and supporting working families. She is dedicated to keeping communities safe by ensuring first responders have the training and resources they need, while advancing common-sense public safety measures. As a mother with daughters in local public schools, she is deeply invested in creating safe, supportive, and thriving learning environments for every student.
